Port Huron Motorcycle Accident Lawyers
A Jeddo man was injured in a Port Huron motorcycle accident on March 17, 2009. Lloyd Alan Thompson was riding his motorcycle on Comstock Road near Graham Road when he lost control of the bike. He hit a curb and was thrown off the motorcycle. He was taken to Port Huron Hospital before being airlifted to Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He is in serious condition.
I am very sorry accidents like this happen. I hope that Lloyd Thompson is able to recover fully from his injuries.
When a person is hurt in a motorcycle accident, they may be able to make a claim for insurance benefits if they have Med Pay insurance on their motorcycle. This coverage is not required by law and goes above and beyond the PL/PD coverage that is legally required. A Michigan motorcycle accident lawyer could review the injured motorcyclist’s insurance coverage and help him determine if he can file a claim.
