Motorcyclist Suffers Serious Injuries In Accident
A motorcycle accident, near Westfield and Kessler Boulevard last night, sent one person to Wishard Hospital in serious condition.
The accident happened when the driver of a Jeep turned onto Westfield and struck a motorcyclist that was traveling south, police said.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with serious injuries which are unknown at this time.
The investigation is ongoing. Police are unsure if alcohol was a factor in the crash.

According to recent reports, nearly 80% of motorcycle accidents result in death (compared to 20% of motor vehicle accidents).
