Kent County Motorcycle Accident Mystery

I found another article today about a Kent County Motorcycle Accident in Walker, Michigan.  Unfortunately, police have no details. They are asking anyone who saw the accident to come forward to help them figure out what happened.

According to police, they received several reports of a biker lying in the northbound lanes of US-131 near I-96.  The man is in critical condition at a local hospital.   Anyone with information is asked to call the Michigan State Police at (616) 866-4411. If you know anything that can help the police, please call them.

I am very sorry to hear about this Michigan motorcycle accident and wish the biker a speedy and complete recovery and pray that someone will come forward with information as to what happened.

If this Michigan motorcycle accident involved contact with another motor vehicle, the biker should be eligible for Michigan No-Fault Insurance benefits.  This will provide for payment of medical expenses, lost wages, attendant care services, and other benefits.  For a complete explanation of the rights of injured bikers in Michigan, you should request our FREE BOOK, “The Ultimate Michigan Motorcycle Accident Handbook.”

The no-fault insurance laws are complex and confusing and it is imperative that the injury victims and their family members contact a Michigan motorcycle accident lawyer as soon as possible so that the claims process can be started.  There are strict deadlines for filing claims and submitting bills and if not met, the insurance company may be legally entitled to refuse payment for these claims.

While reading the paper this morning, I came across an article about a Cass County Motorcycle Accident that seriously injured a man and woman in Edwardsburg.   According to police, the biker and his passenger allegedly were struck by a sport utitlity vehicle at the intersection of M-62 and Davis Lake Street.

Both motorcycle accident victims  were rushed to Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana with serious injuries. The condition of the man was not disclosed but the woman is and remains in critical condition, according to hospital staff. Police continue to investigate this accident.

I am very sorry to hear about this Michigan motorcycle accident and wish the biker and his passenger a speedy and complete recovery.

Fort Gratiot Motorcycle Accident Fatality

I read a tragic story the other day about a Fort Gratiot Motorcycle Accident Fatality. A biker and his passenger were riding on Lakeshore Road in Fort Gratiot when a southbound Chevy Cavalier allegedly crossed the center line and struck the motorcycle, according to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

The biker was killed and ejected from the bike, landing approximately 40 feet from the accident. The passenger was seriously injured, as well, and air lifted to University of Michigan hospital, where she is in critical condition. The accident is still under investigation.

I am very sorry to hear about this Michigan motorcycle accident and wish the passenger a speedy and complete recovery. I send my most heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the biker that was killed.

Montcalm County Motorcycle Accident

As it is summer time, bikers are out in force enjoying the beautiful warm summer days on their bikes. Unfortunately many Michigan motorists fail to take caution while driving and ignore the rights of motorcyclists.  This often leads to very serious motorcycle injury accidents.

I just read a story about a biker injured in a Montcalm County Motorcycle Accident.   According to the Montcalm County Sheriff’s office, on Thursday morning, June 25th, the biker rode his motorycle on M-91 near Pine Drive in Montcalm Township when he was struck by a truck attemtping to make a left turn. He was taken to Spectrum Hospital in Greenville then air lifted to Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids. His injuries are unknown at this point.

St. Clair County Motorcycle Accident Injures Former Police Chief

I read the other day that a St. Clair County Motorcycle Accident Injures Former Police Chief, William Sendzik, of Port Huron.  According to St. Clair County Sheriff, the former Lexington police chief suffered serious injuries when he was riding his bike on Lapeer Road in Port Huron Township and was allegedly struck by a man driving a Ford Explorer attempting to make a left turn onto Partridge Road.
